We came here for brunch (a little after 11 AM), and what convinced us to stop in were the $2 mimosas! Lol. That definitely pulled us in. Since it was next to ViVian, we decided we’d come back for dinner later that night—but we never made it back. We shared the clams in garlic butter sauce—SO AMAZING. We wanted more! We also ordered the fried red snapper with tostones, plus the rice and beans, which were all delicious. We waited for happy hour, and they were kind enough to let us take a happy hour drink to go. Overall, we had such a good time. It was pretty quiet, but we did come on a Monday morning.

This is a great little spot. If you come here, try and time it with a sunset and head right up to the top deck. You will get the most amazing photos. Be sure to chat with Daniel, he'll take good care of you...he's the absolute best. Ask for one of his special vodka sodas....it comes with a vodka soda, limes, and a vodka shot on the side that you can add to your drink at your leisure. I spent a few great evenings at this bar.....but remember, top deck!!

This was one of our go to spots in San Juan Del Sur. Servers were extremely friendly, and the sunset views were the best from the beachfront tables. This was my 2nd time is SJDS, and certainly did not disappoint. The Happy Hour didn't seem to have a start or end time, and the appy's and cheap beer was appreciated. See you soon Iguana Bar!

Wonderful staff. Great food. Great views. It's hard to ask for much more than that anywhere in the service industry. This place will let you pay in credit card, US cash, Nicaraguan Cash, whatever you have, they make it easy, and you want to come back. This was a daily spot for us on a recent 10 day journey to the beach.

We loved our time he. We spent our first night of our Nicaraguan adventure here for sunset and returned on our last night. The happy hour wine and ceviche are delicious. The service can be a bit slow hence 4 stars but it is done with a smile and it is a place that is worth waiting for. The sunsets are fantastic and we were happy to spend our last sunset in Nicaragua here

A nice spot on the beach. The drinks are great and the food pretty good. Unfortunately the day we went there was a group smoking up top inside which kinda blew through the restaurant and some group that brought their own speaker playing their own music at their table. It was a bit overwhelming and we moved downstairs with another family.

Great view and prices. We tried all the apps from the happy hour menu. All were great value for the money. Wings were great too, as I prefer mine non-dusted. Had 12 drinks between us, plus apps and bill was 40 usd. Waitress was great and spoke a little english. Happy hour until 9pm!! Will definitely come back here repeatedly.
